Team Assistant (m/w/d) - Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities
With your energy and drive, you will support the International Division team as well as the Managing Director in administrative and organizational tasks. You will play a central role in the division and contribute to smooth collaboration with your positive attitude.
You will handle general administrative tasks and organize internal office procedures
Based on independent research, you will create decision-making foundations for the Managing Director
You will coordinate the schedules and travel arrangements of the Managing Director and the team
You will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings, creating presentations and agendas, and taking minutes
You will coordinate special projects and handle ad-hoc tasks
You will independently work on smaller projects in business development
Qualifications
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Some work experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Motivation and potential are valued
You are characterized by your independent, proactive, and structured way of working, as well as your organizational skills
You have a curiosity for the unknown, excellent communication skills, and you approach challenging tasks with a solution-oriented mindse
You are proficient in common office applications
In our international environment, your excellent English language skills will be an asset
