Team Assistant (m/w/d) - Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities

With your energy and drive, you will support the International Division team as well as the Managing Director in administrative and organizational tasks. You will play a central role in the division and contribute to smooth collaboration with your positive attitude.

  • You will handle general administrative tasks and organize internal office procedures
  • Based on independent research, you will create decision-making foundations for the Managing Director
  • You will coordinate the schedules and travel arrangements of the Managing Director and the team
  • You will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings, creating presentations and agendas, and taking minutes
  • You will coordinate special projects and handle ad-hoc tasks
  • You will independently work on smaller projects in business development

Qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Some work experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Motivation and potential are valued
  • You are characterized by your independent, proactive, and structured way of working, as well as your organizational skills
  • You have a curiosity for the unknown, excellent communication skills, and you approach challenging tasks with a solution-oriented mindse
  • You are proficient in common office applications
  • In our international environment, your excellent English language skills will be an asset
